All the operators listed here contribute to the monitoring work conducted by Sea Watch by collecting cetacean sightings data and sending their records to us.
In particular, they participate in the annual National Whale and Dolphin Watch, by promoting Sea Watch, encouraging people to record their sightings and sometimes also offering special deals for those members of the public participating in the event.
Operators are also required to respect a marine code of conduct in order to minimize disturbance to wildlife.
If you are a wildlife boat operator and would like to participate in the National Whale and Dolphin Watch or join our Recommended Boat Operator scheme, please contact our Sightings Officer at simone.evans@seawatchfoundation.org.uk.
