The ministry of magical creatures is in uproar as the dark dolphin Voldemort has returned to the waters of Cardigan Bay. Harbour porpoises are advised to hide and brush up on their defensive charms. He who shall not be named has a particular hatred for non-bottled nosed dolphins and signs of the most unmentionable of curses have been seen. He is believed to be behind recent attacks in the area.
