A humpback whale was spotted this morning off Hemsby by regular observers Ryan Irvine and Tabitha Pearman. The animal was seen to be heading north leading to speculation that this animal could be the same one that was spotted off Suffolk in September. We understand that photos were taken and we are hoping for a re-sighting of the animal before the end of the day.
Please get in touch with any information on re-sightings of this animal or photos! We will update this blog as we receive further information.
More information on humpback whales and how to identify them can be found on our species identification page.
